I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for Environmental Medicine. I completed my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University California and earned my BS in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, I grew up in a home that emphasized a natural and sustainable lifestyle. With holistic values and a love for science and helping others, becoming a Naturopathic Doctor was an easy career choice.
I understand first hand how difficult and confusing it can be to navigate chronic illness. During college, I started to experience a long list of unexplainable health concerns. After years of degrading health and seeing 10+ health care practitioners I was eventually diagnosed with Lyme disease. It took years of many different treatments and lifestyle changes, but I made a full recovery and continue to remain symptom free! This personal experience led me to focus my practice in complex chronic illness and support others with getting to the true root cause(s) of their symptoms.
Outside of my role as a doctor, I love to take and teach yoga classes, cook and create new recipes, knit, read, enjoy the beach/outdoors, snuggle with my dog Lola, and spend quality time with family and friends.
